I'm not certain which one I would pick right now. Need a little more time to think and pray about it. They are all so good and so important.
What about you? What word or words would you pick for this coming year?
UPDATE: JANUARY 12, 2013
So I've had a few days to think about what word I would pick for this year. At this point I would say my one word would be....
FAITH
I know that every day of our lives as followers of Christ we are to have faith but I think this is an area us as a family are going to need to focus on this year.
I've posted before about Ethans Heart and wanted to update everyone on how he is doing. Since his 18 month checkup he gained about 2 1/2 lbs so he is up to 22.5 lb. Still way under the 25 lb minimum for the less invasive surgery we would prefer. The dr. actually did not hear the murmur at his 2 year check up but we still will be making an appt in February to do another ultrasound and see what the cardiologist wants to do. We hope that we can put it off until he is bigger and hopefully the cardiologist agrees. As long as it is not dangerous to his health of course. We also are concerned about Carter's heart. The dr. found that when Carter is laying down he has a murmur but it goes away when he is sitting or standing. This is a little perplexing to us so he wants to have an ultrasound done on Carter as well in February. So, we may have consider a surgery for him too if the cardiologist find something serious. Oh my goodness, the health of my babies. So hard! We need prayer and support and a lot of faith that they are in God's hands.
We also are considering our options of possibly buying a little bit bigger home. The boys are getting bigger and our house seems to be getting smaller :) having only 1 bathroom is getting trickier too. We are thankful for our home, its not the most beautiful home, but it is our home and we know that we are blessed to have one right now. Charlie's parents are hoping to help us a little in this big adventure so that is a great blessing as well. We couldn't do it without some help from them! It is a big step of faith though so we won't be doing it without a lot of prayer and careful planning and communication. This could be a very exciting year for us!

I really like your list. The one word that sticks out most to me is Joy. My goal this year is to focus on the joy in my life. To look forward to what there is to gain and not lose. I hope you and your family have a great 2013 and create many many wonderful memories.
