Mother's Day weekend was absolutely gorgeous and we soaked up every sun-filled moment on the beach. It was a perfect day to enjoy my family. Here are a few (okay a lot) of pictures to enjoy!

On the way we stopped at a restaurant for a bathroom break and walked around looking at some old trains and logging equipment. The boys loved it!
We quickly found parking and lugged all our stuff down the beach. The weather was warm but very windy so it took awhile for the kids to warm up, especially Brendan.

After playing further back from the actual ocean for a bit the boys were ready to get closer to the waves. Ethan was having a blast! The smile never left his face the whole time we were there.
A good sign of a great day is when the kids zonk out as soon as you hit the road to head home. We stopped for dinner closer to home and normally we try to avoid taking all 3 out to dinner (just a little crazy right now) but after their short naps they were really well behaved. The food was yummy and it was a great end to a wonderful day.
