Flashback Friday

This last week we had a small snowstorm, the first one of the winter season, and it was gone just as quickly as it arrived. Thats how it is in our neck of the woods. We rarely get snow, maybe one storm the whole season and it comes and goes pretty quickly. I grew up in California but we lived in the mountains and always got a lot of snow so anytime it snows here I really enjoy that nostalgic feeling. I was looking back through pictures and thought I'd share a little of past snow adventures!

2006 Brendan's first time in the snow, visiting Great-Grandpa and Great-Grandma (they live up in the Gorge where there is much more snow!)

3 Generations: Brendan with his Great-Grandpa, Papa, Uncle, and cousin

Brendan's 1st Snow at home. Yes, we put him in the snow....obviously NOT a good choice

2008 Carter's 1st Snow (we learned our lesson that babies don't like to sit in the snow hence the plastic bag, still wasn't too thrilled with the snow though)

Being silly with my boy

2009: Carter finally gets to enjoy the snow!

Family picture with the snowman

2010: Making a snowman with Daddy

Carter's new friend

2012: Ethan's first time seeing snow! We've had a little snow since he was born but this is the first one he has seen. He wasn't quite sure what to think....

Boys playing in the snow before the rain came and washed it all away

p.s. A little sidenote..I just noticed that each of the boys wore the same brown/white reindeer sweater their first time in the snow!
