Not wanting to waste any amount of our short time in Homer we decided to take the kids back down to the spit to have a bonfire and make s'mores. The boys enjoyed playing on the driftwood and stuffing their faces full of sugary sticky goodness. It is so hard to remember that even though it looks like 6 pm outside, its could actually be 11. Not sure how late we were out but I know it was waaay past bedtime. Love vacation!!
