This winter has been very very wet :( Normally thats just life and we're okay with it. But we've been wanting to go to Zoo Lights so bad! But not in the rain, nope, no thank you. Waiting for a dry night has been hard. The morning of my baby shower we told Brendan that we would go to Zoo Lights after dinner because we finally had a break from the rain. Well, Charlie woke up pretty sick from a nap while I was at my shower so he didn't feel like going to Zoo Lights. Because I had promised Brendan we'd go anyways. Just me and my oldest munchkin. We had a great time! it was FREEZING cold but dry.

We hoped to make another trip to Zoo Lights as a family but never did get back there. Such a bummer!
