Boucher Bunch: Thanksgiving!

Every year year that Charlie and I have been married none of our holiday celebrations have been the same. Having family all over the states kinda makes it hard to settle into a tradition. I look forward to the day when we have traditions but for now I'm just thankful for my little family and the time we have together is more precious than I can ever imagine.

This year for Thanksgiving we had NO idea what to do. My brother James just moved to Minnesota this summer so it was his first Thanksgiving to be gone. We sure did miss him!! We had a small little Thanksgiving meal with my mom and Charlie's sister Holly. Later in the afternoon my aunt and her husband, and my sister's mom (dad's first wife) and her husband stopped by. They had just dropped my grandma off at her place after taking her to a Thanksgiving buffet. It was nice to see them and visit a little bit. The rest of the evening was quiet as Brendan went to spend the night with my mom and Carter went to bed early. All in all it was a relaxing and special Thanksgiving with some of the people I love. Who knows what next year will bring??
