TV ROOM REDO

So after living here in this fixer-upper house we finally made the big step and raised the garage/bonus room floor. Its hard when you have small kids and limited budget to get big projects done so I'm so proud of Charlie for getting this one done! Charlie's parents lived in this house long long ago and changed the garage into a living space. It was pretty basic though...still had the garage floor and just carpet on top. When Charlie first moved in it was pretty bad. Renters had let this place fall apart and we're slowly bringing it back. We replaced the carpet many years ago but it still had the exposed foundation and garage feel to it. Never really felt homey. So, with some of our tax money we made quite the transformation!
