Boucher Bunch: OMSI

Today was $2 day at OMSI so we thought we'd check it out. For those who don't know OMSI it is the Oregon Museum of Science and Industry. A really cool place!! I haven't been in years and really loved going as a kid. Brendan is still a bit too young for most of it but they have a new area for younger kids. He loved that! They had a sand area, water area, art area, and much more! The featured exhibit right now is dinosaurs. GREAT...Brendan was traumatized by a mechanical dinosaur at the zoo last month so he was less than thrilled that there was a giant brontosaurus at the entrance. We convinced him it was safe to go in and after a quick run (literally) through the dinosaur exhibit we headed upstairs to the kid area. The rest of the visit was a lot of fun and after a quick sack lunch and a short visit to the turbine/energy area we headed home. We hope they change the featured exhibit for next month's $2 Sunday!

Carter is such a happy boy!!
